The Skipper

On Tuesday I caught seven crabs at Menemsha Beach under the dock.

Yesterday we went to Oak Bluffs Harbor, and we went on a Marine Discovery Tour.  The boat was called Skipper.  We caught one lobster and a LOT of spider crabs in a lobster trap.  After that

we caught fish.  I caught two sea bass and one scup.  Then we caught plankton and we put it in little cups. We looked at it with a magnifying lens and a microscope.  I thought it was very interesting.  It was really cool catching all of those creatures.

This is a picture of me holding a sea bass.  We used squid as bait.  It works really good.  There was a really big sinker on the rod because it had to go all the way to the bottom.
